Delete an Orbitoid cloud profile

In the app

1. Open Settings in Orbitoid.
2. Under Play Games Cloud, choose Delete cloud profile.
3. Confirm Delete permanently.

This removes the Orbitoid server profile, permanent progression, Onyx wallet, Daily Run receipts, skill and quest state, and all overall, world and skin leaderboard entries without undue delay. The cached server progression on that phone is cleared. Device-only settings and tutorial flags remain until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.

If the app cannot be used, email vitek.sasin@gmail.com and include the Play Games display name used in Orbitoid. Reasonable identity verification may be requested. Never send a Google password, purchase token or authorization code.

Data that may remain

A purchase-token hash may remain without the player identifier to prevent purchase replay. Transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, chargebacks, fraud prevention or legal claims. Limited provider security logs may remain for their applicable retention period.
