Service and accounts

The endless game can be played in disconnected practice mode. After a successful cloud sync, validated personal progress may be journaled offline for up to 365 days and merged after reconnecting; eligible results enter public leaderboards only after server validation. Daily Run requires Play Games and a brief connection to reserve the shared one-attempt course and verify any Onyx reward. Internet access is also required to prepare or renew offline access, make purchases and view or synchronize verified leaderboards. Players are responsible for the security of their Google account and must not manipulate the app, requests, scores, purchases or integrity systems.

Virtual items and purchases

Onyx and virtual content have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside Orbitoid. Quest and Daily Run rewards are calculated or validated by the server. Consumable purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected; refunds and chargebacks may reverse undelivered or previously credited virtual currency.

Fair play

Modified clients, automated input, fabricated runs, replayed purchase tokens and interference with App Check, Play Integrity or server verification are prohibited. Invalid or implausible submissions may be rejected and competitive access may be restricted.

Availability and liability

The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or legal reasons. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and governing law

Players may disconnect or delete the cloud profile at any time. These terms are governed by Czech law without removing mandatory consumer protection in the user's country of habitual residence.
